As our company continues to grow, we are looking for experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join our team.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled HVAC Installers and HVAC Service Technicians to join our South Boston team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for residential and light commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and company standards.Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on HVAC equipment.Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment.Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective repair solutions.Perform system start-ups, testing, and inspections to ensure proper operation.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain a safe work environment.Communicate professionally with customers regarding service recommendations and system operation.Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and job progress.Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Requirements:

Proven HVAC experience in installation and/or service work.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, diagnostics, and repairs.EPA certification preferred.Valid driver’s license required.Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces when necessary.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
