Skills you bring for success:
  • You receive joy and satisfactions through taking care of others
  • Ability to establish rapport with your customers
·        2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast paced environment
·        Strong ability to multi-task and be able to learn new skills
·        Willing to provide honest feedback so Dave’s may better serve our customer and our teammates
  • Manage your customer’s experience to create your “Customer’s for Life”
  • Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
  • Participate actively and positively in all training exercises and team meetings
  • Work across teams to ensure everyone delivers a Memorable Service Experience
  • Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • The ability to quickly learn software/programs as we use the best technology available
  • HVAC and Service Titan experience a plus
