We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Helper to join our growing team. This position assists licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn the plumbing trade, and committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
  • Help install water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, piping, fixtures, and drainage systems.
  • Cut, measure, assemble, and prepare pipe and plumbing materials.
  • Clean and organize work areas before, during, and after each job.
  • Load and unload company vehicles while ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.
  • Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues under the direction of a licensed plumber.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
  • Communicate professionally with customers while representing the company.
  • Complete basic job documentation and assist with updating work orders using Service Titan or similar software.
  • Participate in training and continue developing plumbing knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the plumbing trade.
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must be English/Spanish Bilingual
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience.
  • OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
 Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
