Residential Install Coordinator

The K Company is seeking an organized, customer-focused Residential Install Coordinator to support our growing Residential Department. This position plays a vital role in coordinating HVAC installation projects, communicating with customers, and ensuring our installation team has everything they need to deliver an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule residential HVAC installation appointments.
  • Coordinate daily schedules with installers and department leadership.
  • Communicate with customers regarding installation dates, timelines, and project updates.
  • Order and track equipment and materials for upcoming installations.
  • Prepare work orders and installation paperwork.
  • Coordinate permits, inspections, and required documentation.
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and job records.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Accounting to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after each installation.
What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems.
  • Previous scheduling, dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
