The K Company Inc. has set the standard in HVAC design, installation, and service since 1972. Our residential work covers furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers (hot water and steam), water heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, ERVs, and more — and if you're ready to grow, we offer a clear path into commercial HVAC, including work for city and state organizations.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
  • Strong customer service skills — you're the face of our company in the customer's home
  • HVAC schooling and steady work history a plus
  • Hard-working, reliable, and a team player
What you get:

  • $20.00–$40.00/hour based on experience and ability to learn
  • Full time with overtime available
  • Yearly factory training from various manufacturers
