MJ Frick Company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from estimating and bidding through successful completion. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at planning, problem-solving, building client relationships, and delivering quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Prepare competitive bids, estimates, and project proposals 
  •  Review plans, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs 
  •  Manage plumbing projects from award through closeout 
  •  Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors 
  •  Monitor budgets, job costs, forecasting, and project profitability 
  •  Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation 
  •  Collaborate with clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams 
  •  Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget 
Qualifications

  •  Minimum of 2 years of Plumbing Project Management experience
  •  Proven experience estimating and bidding plumbing projects 
  •  Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices 
  •  Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications 
  •  Experience with budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and job costing 
  •  Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Valid driver's license
