We’re looking for a skilled Service Plumber who can handle both residential and commercial service calls. We want somebody who likes to hustle, likes staying busy, and takes pride in getting work done. You’ll have the independence to run your calls, solve problems, and take care of customers.

What you’ll do:
- Run residential and commercial plumbing service calls
- Diagnose and repair plumbing problems
- Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, gas lines, water quality products, and water softeners
- Handle commercial plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Provide estimates and options to customers
- Complete job documentation using mobile software
- Maintain and organize your company vehicle and tools
- Keep job sites clean and safe
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
- Work independently and manage your day well

Requirements:
- Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman plumbing license
- Residential plumbing service experience
- Commercial service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Good customer service and communication
- Able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in different conditions
Who we’re looking for:
We want somebody who likes service work and likes staying busy. Someone who can walk into a house or commercial building, figure out the problem, give the customer good options, and get the job done.
We already have the customers and the work. We need another strong plumber who wants to help us keep growing in Lubbock.
Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
