We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to manage plumbing projects from estimating through completion while leading a field crew of approximately 5–10 plumbers.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Prepare accurate estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and project costs
- Perform material takeoffs and assist with project proposals and pricing
- Manage plumbing projects from award through completion
- Lead, schedule, and coordinate a crew of approximately 5–10 plumbers
- Coordinate materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, productivity, and job progress
- Communicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and other trades
- Manage change orders and maintain accurate project documentation
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards, plumbing codes, and safety requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of plumbing industry experience preferred
- Previous experience as a Plumbing Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or similar role
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience estimating plumbing projects and performing material takeoffs
- Proven experience managing and leading plumbing crews
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation practices, and codes
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license

The ideal candidate is a hands-on plumbing professional who understands both the estimating and field sides of the business. This person should be able to review plans, accurately estimate the work, organize the project, and effectively lead a crew of 5–10 plumbers through successful completion.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
