MJ Frick Company is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager who knows how to take a project from plans and pricing to completion and closeout.
This is not just a desk position. We’re looking for someone who can lead, communicate, problem-solve, stay ahead of the job, and take ownership of successful plumbing projects.
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Estimate and competitively bid plumbing projects
• Review plans, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs
• Manage projects from award through final closeout
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Track budgets, job costs, forecasting, and profitability
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
• Work closely with general contractors, clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field crews
• Identify problems early and keep projects moving forward
• Deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget
• Review plans, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs
• Manage projects from award through final closeout

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience
• Proven plumbing estimating and bidding experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Experience with job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven plumbing estimating and bidding experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Experience with job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver’s license
