Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a sharp, motivated person who is great with people and wants to grow into a strong salesperson.
We are a growing plumbing and HVAC company serving Lubbock and San Antonio. We receive leads from online ads, website requests, partner programs, and phone calls.
Our goal is simple: turn as many potential customers into real customers as possible.
Fast follow-up is a major part of that. When someone reaches out for plumbing, HVAC, or water heater help, they usually need service soon. If we respond quickly, we have a much better chance of earning their business and serving them well.
Leaky’s is a great company, and we want to extend our service to more people across Lubbock, San Antonio, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Call and follow up with new leads
- Help customers understand the next step
- Book plumbing and HVAC appointments
- Follow up with leads who have not scheduled
- Keep clear and accurate notes in our system
- Communicate with the office and dispatch team
- Track your calls, appointments, and results
- Help improve our lead follow-up process

Compensation
Starting pay: competitive base pay per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.
A sample bonus plan may include:
- Bonus for each qualified appointment that is booked and completed
- Larger bonuses for larger or higher-value jobs that result from the employee’s lead
- Monthly bonuses
- Additional raises or bonus opportunities as performance improves
The exact bonus structure will be explained during the interview and may be adjusted as the position develops.
Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
