Qualifications:
β Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
β EPA Certification (Required)
β OSHA Certification (Required)
β Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
β Excellent customer service and communication skills
β Positive attitude and team-first mentality
β Clean, valid driver's license with a good driving record
β Ability to work independently while supporting the team
