Century Mechanical Holdings (CMH) is seeking a full-time Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to support our growing portfolio of home-service brands.

This position requires a highly organized, self-directed professional who can manage dozens of individual social media accounts, maintain distinct brand identities, and produce professional graphic-design work with minimal supervision.
Consistent availability during standard East Coast business hours is mandatory, regardless of the candidate’s location.

Position Summary
The Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist will manage the day-to-day social media presence and creative needs of multiple CMH-owned companies.
The ideal candidate combines social media account-management experience with a strong graphic arts background. This person must be comfortable managing a large portfolio of brands, organizing competing priorities, communicating with different stakeholders, and independently moving projects from concept through completion.
This is not an entry-level or closely supervised position. The selected candidate must be proactive, dependable, highly organized, and capable of recognizing what needs to be done without waiting for detailed instructions.
Social Media Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day social media presence of dozens of CMH-owned brands across Facebook, Instagram, and other applicable platforms.
  • Develop and maintain organized content calendars for multiple companies and locations.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
  • Maintain a distinct voice and visual identity for each company while following CMH’s overall marketing standards.
  • Engage with followers and respond appropriately to comments, messages, tags, and other interactions.
  • Identify customer-service concerns and promptly escalate them to the appropriate company representative.
  • Coordinate with local managers and company representatives to gather photos, promotions, community updates, employee highlights, and service-related content.
  • Identify relevant seasonal topics, local events, social trends, and content opportunities for each market.
  • Use Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Ads Manager, and related tools to manage accounts, permissions, publishing, engagement, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate administrative access, business information, naming conventions, and account organization across the portfolio.
  • Track audience growth, engagement, reach, website traffic, and other relevant performance indicators.
  • Provide organized reports and actionable recommendations for improving social media performance.
  • Support the paid media team by creating and adapting graphics for Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Work directly with internal marketing personnel, website developers, vendors, and local brand representatives.
Graphic Design Responsibilities
  • Design professional logos and supporting brand-identity materials.
  • Create direct-mail pieces, postcards, flyers, brochures, leave-behinds, business cards, promotional materials, and other print collateral.
  • Produce social media graphics, advertisements, promotional images, infographics, branded templates, and campaign creative.
  • Create website banners, icons, service graphics, supporting images, and other assets for CMH’s website-development team.
  • Prepare properly formatted, production-ready files for both print and digital use.
  • Work comfortably with vector and raster file formats and provide editable source files when required.
  • Resize and adapt creative materials for different brands, platforms, placements, and screen sizes.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, color, imagery, logo usage, and overall visual identity.
  • Organize creative files so current versions, source files, and approved assets can be easily located and reused.
  • Coordinate with CMH’s paid media, SEO, content, and web-development teams to fulfill creative requests.
  • Manage revisions efficiently while protecting brand consistency and meeting established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Current Meta certification.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Ads Manager, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Demonstrated experience managing numerous client, company, or location-based social media accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong account-management skills and the ability to maintain communication, organization, and follow-through across dozens of brands.
  • Advanced graphic design and visual communication skills.
  • A professional portfolio demonstrating experience with logos, social media graphics, direct mail, brochures, website assets, and other marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, image preparation, and print-production requirements.
  • Experience developing social media strategies, content calendars, platform-specific creative, and performance reports.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to shift between different brand identities, geographic markets, audiences, and service offerings.
  • Exceptional organizational, project-management, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and manage a high volume of concurrent requests.
  • Strong attention to detail, including account accuracy, brand consistency, and file organization.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to proactively communicate potential issues, delays, resource needs, and opportunities.
  • Reliable full-time availability during standard Eastern Time business hours.
  • Ability to attend meetings, respond to requests, and collaborate with the team throughout the East Coast workday.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a multi-location company, holding company, franchise organization, or marketing agency.
  • Experience supporting home-service companies, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, septic, and related trades.
  • Experience creating short-form video, Reels, animated graphics, and other platform-native content.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling, project-management, and reporting platforms.
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising, landing pages, website-conversion principles, and marketing analytics.
  • Photography and video-editing experience.
