Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a dual-trade Plumbing/HVAC technician in Midland-Odessa who wants more than just another job.
We are already in Lubbock and San Antonio, and Midland-Odessa is our next market. We already have customers and commercial work in the area. Now we need the right person to help us build it.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who is ambitious and wants to get in on the ground floor of a growing market.
Run Your Truck Like Your Own Business
You’ll have a company truck and the ability to operate it almost like your own small business.
We handle the hard stuff:
- Marketing and bringing in customers
- Phones and scheduling
- Billing and collections
- Software and administrative work
- Purchasing and support
- Training and company systems
You focus on:
- Taking care of customers
- Diagnosing problems
- Selling the right solutions
- Doing quality plumbing and HVAC work
- Growing the Midland-Odessa market
