About Us
This position is located in San Antonio, TX, but will support all of our locations, including Lubbock, San Antonio, and soon Midlan/Odessa.
Leaky's is a fast-growing plumbing and HVAC company, and we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused person to help support our growth.
We're looking for someone who loves staying organized, enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in getting things done.
What You'll Be Doing
Accounts Receivable & Invoicing
- Prepare and send customer invoices using ServiceTitan.
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments.
- Communicate with customers about billing questions and payment arrangements.
- Keep customer accounts accurate and up to date.
- Help prepare estimates and verify job information.
Maintenance Agreement Management
- Manage residential and commercial maintenance agreements across all locations.
- Track renewals, cancellations, and upcoming maintenance services.
- Contact customers to schedule maintenance visits and renew agreements.
- Make sure customers receive all services included in their agreements.
- Help grow our maintenance agreement program through consistent customer follow-up.
Customer Service & Follow-Up
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.
- Follow up on outstanding estimates, invoices, and customer requests.
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally and quickly.
- Work with office teams across all locations to keep things moving.
Organization & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, and customer records.
- Track outstanding tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist with reporting and other administrative projects.
- Help improve processes as our company continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
Organization, customer service, and follow-through are the most important qualities for this position.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency is required, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and managing large spreadsheets.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Outstanding follow-up skills and a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to improve processes.
- Experience with accounts receivable, billing, or customer account management preferred.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, property management, medical billing, or other service industries is helpful but not required.

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
