Position Title: Level I Senior Technician
Reports to: Service Manager
Classification: Non- Exempt
Position Summary
The Level I Senior Technician role is the entry senior technician role. This position is responsible for independently completing standard HVAC service work, basic to moderate diagnostics, and delivering consistent quality and professionalism.
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues.
- Complete service calls independently with limited supervision.
- Escalate advanced diagnostics appropriately.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication.
- Follow all safety and company procedures.

Qualifications
- 2- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification (Required}
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues
- Professional and clear communication with customers
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Role Clarification: This position focuses on completing standard service work with quality and professionalism, without responsibility for technical leadership or training.
Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
